Site construction is carried out by the client's local team, working directly from our drawings. Scope of Design - Ground floor: grand reception lobby, all-day restaurant, banquet & event hall, coffee lounge, and commercial kitchen - Second floor: men's & women's beauty salons, fitness gym, meeting room, business center, and back-of-house offices - Third & fourth floors: guest rooms and suites, with custom-designed headboard walls, wardrobes and vanities prepared for local fabrication Design Language A warm, contemporary palette runs through the whole hotel: fluted wood wall panels, book-matched marble, brushed brass inlays and layered cove lighting create a calm, upscale atmosphere that feels local yet international. Documentation Delivered Every space was documented for direct site execution: floor plans, ceiling plans, wall elevations with material callouts, dimensioned construction details, and material specifications — supported by photorealistic renderings and 360° panoramic walkthroughs for client approval.
